1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 1k11 ("the Platform", "1k11", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1k11.io, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any confirmation checkbox, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the 1k11 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply in full force and effect from the date of your registration. 1k11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The 1k11 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to engage in real-money wagering. By registering an account on 1k11, you expressly warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 1k11 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 1k11 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 1k11 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1k11 does not represent or warrant that use of this platform is legal in all locations. Access is intended for users in Bangladesh.

2.5 Self-Exclusion Status. If you have previously self-excluded from the 1k11 platform or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme, you are not eligible to register a new 1k11 account during your self-exclusion period.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Know Your Customer Obligations. 1k11 is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent platform. As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, we may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time — and in particular before processing any withdrawal request.

3.2 Acceptable Documents. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladesh passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation)

3.3 Verification Timeline. You must provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within this period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraud, account termination.

3.4 Pending Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful KYC verification. 1k11 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. 1k11 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 1k11 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on single deposits unless otherwise communicated within your account settings or by the payment provider.

4.3 Processing Time. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 1k11 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the institution. 1k11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency. All account balances, wagers, and transactions on 1k11 are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. International payment methods denominated in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.6 No Deposit Fees. 1k11 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. Please consult your bKash, Nagad, or bank provider for applicable fees.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility. To request a withdrawal from your 1k11 account, you must have completed KYC verification (Section 3), have a verified payment method on file, and have met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds in your account.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds.

5.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically transferred within 1–3 business hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 banking days for bank transfers.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply as communicated in your account settings. Verified VIP account holders may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits upon request to the 1k11 support team.

5.6 Right to Request Additional Documentation. 1k11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 1k11 are subject to individual bonus terms communicated at the time each promotion is made available. In all cases where no specific terms are stated, the following general conditions apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your 1k11 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account termination.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.

6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 1k11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to adjust wagering requirements where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

6.6 Seasonal Promotions. 1k11 may offer special promotions tied to events including BPL season, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms communicated at launch.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the 1k11 platform, including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and board games, are powered by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and are not influenced by 1k11 or its staff.

7.3 Void Bets. 1k11 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, or placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled or suspended. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all 1k11 gaming products as communicated within each game or market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

7.5 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting event, 1k11 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and determine the correct outcome. Where this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1k11 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the 1k11 platform (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to 1k11 support
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other systematic bonus exploitation
• Laundering money or using the 1k11 platform for any illegal financial activity
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your 1k11 account
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1k11 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account or to 1k11's internal systems

9 Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by 1k11. 1k11 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if your account requires investigation for security or compliance reasons.

9.2 Termination by 1k11. Upon completion of an investigation confirming a breach of these Terms, 1k11 may permanently terminate your account. Where termination results from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your 1k11 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any genuine, non-bonus-derived balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

9.4 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, you must immediately cease all use of the 1k11 platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 11, 12, and 15 — shall remain in full force.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. 12.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall 1k11's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Gambling Risks. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered on the 1k11 platform. 1k11 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from your wagering activity.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

15.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits 1k11's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in urgent circumstances.
